Toe Balance to Chata 
  • SLOW down
  • Hover or even rest the forehead on the floor gently
  • Counterbalance so the feet begin to float
  • Try separating hands as wide as shoulders
  • Simple shifts/rotations of hands/fingers in/out could work wonders for wrist mobility and prevention of injuries
  • Practice as often as desired
