Day 4

Urdva to Chata:

  • Isometric contraction (Heel of the hands pulling towards the back of the mat)

  • Open the heart

  • From up dog press into the top of the feet, bend the knees and roll over the toes as you bend the elbows to find low-push up

  • Close the eyes & smile

  • 2 minutes everyday
