Scissor Switch
  • Lead with the inside of the elevated leg(internal rotation of the thigh)
  • Hand placement is key
  • Play with springing and landing SOFTLY
  • Utilize the breath & the bandhas
  • Remember, don't lift the foot you're springing off of up until you are balancing the hips over the shoulders
  • TRUST YOURSELF
