(Single Leg Forward Folds)

  • Lift the toes, utilizing the 3 arches + 4 corners of the feet
  • Squeeze the knees together
  • Keep standing leg slightly bent
  • Lead with the heart as you fold forward
  • Lengthen the front body to avoid rounding your back
  • Hollow out the ribs, utilizing uddiyana bandha (drawing the navel in towards the spine
  • 6 days/week: 5 sets, 15 reps, 15 sec hold at bottom
